"ESCAPE TO AFRICA" -
Here's OAK's annual fund raiser held at the Lafayette Park Hotel. We were honored to have our National President as our guest (Pam from OMA). Our husband's tended the bars, we served appetizers and desserts, we helped with the Silent Auction, sold raffle tickets, invited our friends and family which helped Las Trampas, Inc. raise funds for their on going Supportive Living Program. It was a great afternoon of friendship and goodwill for folks with developmental disabilities. OAK also honored their first HALL of FAME recipient
Terry H --- he has supported the OAK chapter since it's beginning in 1958 recalling the first fund raiser in his home that literally "rocked" the foundation! Congratulations to Terry!!
